Оказывается, Витебская область Белоруссии и Краславский край Латвии составляют две части заповедного региона Bella Dvina. Особой разницы между двумя частями я, правда, не заметил.

I found out that Vitebsk region of Belarus and Kraslav territory of Latvia comprises the common natural resrve Bella Dvina. I did not notice any difference between them, true.
