Посещение этой кофейни в Туле для меня за 12 лет уже стало ритуалом. Девушки в ней все эти 12 лет  обсуждают одно и то же: "Он банкир, но ему 49 и он бреется наголо".  
Это тоже традиция: девушки меняются, тема их разговоров - нет.

Visiting this coffee-shop in Tula has become a kind of tradition for me for the 12 years. The girls during those 12 years discuss the same topic of "He is a banker but he is 49 and he is shaved-off". 
This is also a sort of traditon: the girls may change, the topic of their chats cannot.
